What’s the difference between a staircase and a fire escape? That depends on the customer. Fire escapes are generally thought to be on the outside of buildings to give access from a higher level to ground level. That doesn’t have to be the case, internal fire escapes can be found in public buildings (health centres and town halls for example). We work with the builders to ensure fire regulations are adhered to but that the finished fire escape can still look beautiful. For industrial users we can produce access platforms for anywhere in a factory or site.
